This Winter we will offer three make-ups at another class time. This is a courtesy, there is no guarantee that you will be able to re-schedule all missed classes! Simply follow the link from my home page to the Make-Up Scheduler, login using the password doitnow, and schedule your make-up for any available day and time.
To make all spaces available to others, please Contact me in advance if you know that you will be absent. Contacting me, preferably online, before 8 a.m. on the day of an unforeseen absence will allow me to open the space to others, and will enable all to check at the last minute to see if space is available. Make-ups may be scheduled before an absence occurs, but actual classes attended should not exceed 10. When scheduling in advance, please let me know the date of the class you will be missing.
Please try to schedule your make-up promptly, as we will not be able to accommodate everyone in the last few weeks. Unforeseen absences occurring in the last week of a semester may be made up during the first two weeks of the following semester, if you are registered.
If you need to cancel a make-up, doing so online through the scheduler 24 hours in advance will open the space to others and will ensure your ability to reschedule. There is no need to call or email me regarding cancelled make-ups, doing so online through the scheduler will suffice.
Every effort will be made to accommodate all who cooperate!
If more than one Art Class runs, make-ups will be available at another classtime. If only one runs, an additional class will be offered at the end of the semester, at a date to be determined. I would appreciate it, as always, if you would contact me in advance if you know that you will be absent.
