Our generous make-up policy allows Three make-ups to be scheduled at another class time, two during the summer.
This is a courtesy, not a guarantee that you will be able to re-schedule all missed classes.
Make-ups may be scheduled before an absence occurs, but actual classes attended should not exceed ten.
To make all spaces available to others, please Contact me in advance regarding foreseen absences.
Unforeseen absences occurring in the last week of a semester may be made up during the first two weeks of the following semester, if you are registered.
If you need to cancel a make-up, doing so online through the scheduler, not by phone or email, 24 hours in advance will open the space to others and will ensure your ability to reschedule.
I reserve the right to limit how many make-ups one family may schedule in any given class.
Every effort will be made to accommodate all who cooperate!
