For Newborns through five years old with Adults

This is the essential Music Together class, one that a child can attend from birth through age five through all nine song collections. Following the recommendations of child development researchers, children of mixed ages are grouped to foster natural family-style learning.Each child participates at his own level in singing, moving, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments.

Babies under 12 months attend free with a registered sibling.

Share a sensory experience with your child while we dabble in free form art. Textures, smells, sights, sounds and tastes will be explored while we work with paint, paper, fabric, dough, glue and other mixed media. The emphasis will always be on process over product in this mixed age class, as each child explores at their own level.

Each 60 minute class will include time for the children to move around the studio as they see fit, exploring several different art activities each week, and will close with clean-up and a story or song. A snack will be provided and the preparation of such will sometimes be included as an activity.

Offered five consecutive Wednesdays at 1:00, beginning January 18.

Suggested for children almost two through four with a "hands-on" adult.
Sensory Art Exploration II for three-five year olds is offered on Thursdays at 4:00.

Tuition: $120. for five classes. No make-ups are available, but extra classes will be added if we cancel due to snow.
